I think I got this while looking at my phone in the car. I know I got the mechanism just not 100% sure it led to the right beach.

Edit: It appears I was on the right beach so I am Ashore.

Ashore. There is a final "click" that should clear up any doubt of the answer.

What a perfectly elegant little puzzle, with a cherry on top. I laughed out loud.

Ashore and hopefully not part of a pageant. I just homed in on the route right away and avoided reefs, one of the rare times I solved the meta before completing the grid.

Ashore! Nicely crafted. Trying my hand at some jalapeño margaritas to celebrate the unexpectedly warm weather!

On shore, but I won't lie, I'm nervous on this one. I can defend my answer, but still...

On an unrelated note, another encounter with nature from our younger daughter in the wilds of Chicago.

I’m a margarita fan. Never heard of the jalapeno variety. Sounds interesting. Do tell!

I think they're fairly common! Few Mexican restaurants around usually have them as an option on the menu :)

I usually slice a few jalapeños, deseed them, and shake them with lime juice, triple sec, tequila, (agave optional). Though I know some people use jalapeño juice from jars of pickled jalapeños--have yet to try!

I am on shore. Feel like I had a little luck on this; wasn’t sure - but then I was. Do-able, but a good challenge.
