I think I'm ashore but it seems too easy. Will have to check with one of you serious meta masters. Won't open up the bottle of wine yet

I’m on shore. I mean, surely, I am(?) Right(?)
Waiting to submit, to make sure that I’m not being rash.

Ashore

Early drinking this week...and thankfully sunny as opposed to the PNW these days.

Ashore! Grateful to be done with this as well as Gaffney's so I have the whole weekend to enjoy my Super Bowl fever. I'm saving my celebratory drinks for the game, but here is my current list of Chiefs themed beers I will be drinking:
Boulevard Worth the Wait (from last year)
Martin City Showtime IPA
Diametric TD Tossin' Patrick Mahazy
Servaes Run it Back Sweet Stout (made with Mahomes Magic Crunch Cereal!)

EDIT: Drinking TD Tossin' Patrick Mahazy tonight because my boyfriend opened it. He thought I bought it for him since it's his favorite style of beer and did not realize I was saving it for the Super Bowl...

Ashore, I think.
I haven't quite finished the grid - I'll leave the rest for the morning and see if I'm on the right beach.

I forgot it was SuperBowl weekend! The pandemic makes me forget what the date is.

Ashore. Space on the beach may be at a premium this week. I've spread out my towel, but will share if you bring beer.

On shore. Half of that took me way too long.

That was a quick trip to shore....unless I jumped off at the wrong beach, though I didn’t see any other beaches in the vicinity. Hmmm.

On shore. I have a joke related to this puzzle, but it will have to wait until the contest is over.

Go Chiefs!

Janet wrote: Thu Feb 04, 2021 4:46 pm They fixed the puzzle day, but there's still a little issue. If any of you solve online, the clues to 58D and 60D are missing -- you can find them on the pdf.
(I solved without them, then checked to find what the clues were supposed to be, and it didn't affect my rapid trip to the beach.)
I solve the puzzle online as well, and at first I thought the missing clues were part of the meta!!

Ahoy the gang. Been gone since September. Sure picked the right week to come back.

Ashore with dry feet. G&T, light on the T.

You bet I'm enjoying it. Next week it'll be back with the sharks.
For nudges, feel free to PM me. I won't have a clue how to help you, but you might shove me ashore.
