Was anyone else reminded of a pizza joint on Cape Cod? It wasn't very good but for some reason, the summers we were there, my son (age 10 or so) preferred it.

On shore! Another fun and clever one. I had a few deer-in-the-headlights minutes after spotting the first bunny tracks, but a dip in the pool cooled my brain. Returned to the puzzle and found my way quickly to the toasty shore.
Good luck and stay cool, everyone!

On shore, & happily so after last week's experience (I need to learn to look for things that aren't there). This one was logical and fun.

Got on shore very quickly this week. It's a classic meta construction and a no-brainer once you've gotten a few of the clues.
Just so happens I completed this one on my phone on the real shore -- the Maryland shore. The sun's glare and extreme heat was a bigger challenge than the puzzle!

Dom beat me to shore but we are both there. He asked why I wasn’t nagging him for hints. I told him that I hadn’t had time to go for the meta after solving the grid but I had an idea on step one. When I sent him my guess as to that step, he gave me the thumbs up, and (after resolving an error) it was a quick path to the solution (no double entendre this week with that word!).

Easy grid, very straightforward meta, especially when compared to AP Chemistry. On a crowded shore this week.
