On shore! Thanks for a fun one PB! I need to spend the rest of the weekend with my nose in a spreadsheet recording guests' names for a big fundraising luncheon. Finding the right rabbit hole this morning enables me to "enjoy" the rest of the weekend on that exciting task.

With more than a little help from the Coast Guard, I have glubbed my way to the shore.

Finally on shore. Thanks to my muggle friends for encouraging me and not letting me give up. It turned out to be a lot of fun as the fog began to clear after staring at it all morning. Feeling a bit exhausted, so I need to take five.

We are always happy to get to know other muggles and help in any way! PM's are always welcome. The next best thing to winning a mug is helping a fellow muggle win a mug!

Have the answer because the methodology was handed to me on a plate. So I’m staying at the ship’s bar, winking at anyone who wants me to pass it.

I never submit answers I do not get.

Public hint is one that used to be recited regularly.

Count me in the group on the ship. I have no clue. Haven't had time to read the comments yet to know how easy or hard this one is considered to be.

Team effort, but @puzzled saw the key step. High fives to her.

So, Equipe Canuck are ashore. And we really are. We're down at the tiki bar at a beach on Hilton Head. We'll have rum and enough fruit to keep off the scurvy.

I moved offices at my job at the turn of the year, so haven't been as into doing the metas recently, but after 10 months (has it been that long?) of not posting on here, I think I'm back on shore this week! I definitely found a path, but I'm only about 80% sure of my answer. Nice to be back :-) Hope everyone is doing well

Suddenly there came a soft crunch as the life boat hit the sandy coast. i opened my eyes and saw the faces of my many friends gathered around me. I am ashore, I realized with relief, I am ashore.

I’m very much a newbie at this. I’ve stared at this puzzle for hours it seems. I’d be very appreciative if someone could offer me a little nudge before I drown at sea.

On shore, finally. It wasn't a matter of a rabbit hole, but a whole rabbit warren that sidetracked me. Kudos to the quick solvers, that is, to those with the correct tunnel vision.

On shore thanks to a couple nudges. First meta I’ve ever solved (out of 3 tries). I think I’m addicted!

Finally ashore thanks to an initial hint from @boharr :D Not super keen on the final answer and won't submit - but I do believe I've earned a chaise and a visit from our cabana boy. Onward!
