Sorry about my earlier post. After a gentle nudge I have made it to shore.
Check out "The MOAT MEOW Mashup Pack" here. US$10 for 14 metas that don't always abide by the "rules" of the game: asymmetry, 2-letter words, uncrossed letters, who knows. And this time there's a mega-meta!

I'm still on the boat, too. No land or even rabbits in sight.

Sometimes I think that I am never more clever than when I invent metas that don’t exist. LAS.

Finished the grid last night with the upper left being a bit problematic. No good ideas on the meta right now, but taking some time off for an early morning tailgate before the Penn State game. Based on a lot of comments, I am not optimistic about this meta.

Floundering around after going down multiple rabbit holes - the beach off in the distance! Best for me to step away and look with fresh eyes occasionally through tomorrow; otherwise, I tend to fixate on rabbit holes that I can't unsee.

Lovely boat this week. Not a clue about the puzzle: completely featureless to me; can find nothing to grasp.

However: It is wonderful to have a puzzle again! Enjoying this thoroughly!

Good luck, fellow Muggles!

I’m on shore! What a fun puzzle for me - it took me a while, but then everything snapped into place. Off to work on the fall garden. Have a great weekend.
