Very enjoyable Gaffney here and a reasonably quick swim to shore. Doing the WSJ+ cooking class tonight so was nervous that I'd run into something that would take a long trip in the water... and that my mind would be focusing more on the puzzle than the cooking. But safely on the beach, and ready to enjoy the Piccolo Fiore Rosso that is ready to go.

A synchronized swim ashore with the hubby, and we've opted for Mad Elf Christmas beer in August. Seems apt! Good luck to all!

Look for the click.
Yup, I've been hereby illuminated. I still got the right answer though. :D

Toes in the sand. Thanks go to the people who were worried about me; I was out having real Guinnesses. That said, I am not averse to having Meg's cabana boy bringing me another 1-3...

OK. We have "a click", now, that confirms the guess.

Wait.

We *now* have the *definite* click. :-) We ain't very good at this, yet. :-) Think I'll switch back to Miller Lite.

Mad Elf is great! But more than two elves are very dangerous!

On shore! Was just waiting for Al to report in. ;-)

... j/k, had to set it aside for a few hours and then I finally saw what I was supposed to see when I picked it back up.

Well, basically, I arrange my work, exercise, and gardening schedule so that at 3:58 p.m. every Thursday I am sitting in front of the computer, lucky pen at the ready, hitting "refresh" repeatedly.
You think I am kidding, don't you.
Good luck, fellow Muggles!

I am ashore and eager for Monday morning when I learn why not one, but two inelegances are not actually inelegant. For now I’m going to watch some baseball being played in an Iowa cornfield, with a TX whiskey in hand. Cheers!

My mom conveniently called me at 12:55 PST today. At least I still made page 1.

On shore, happily. Started down one path and quickly found it leading nowhere. Then, voila!

I may not be on page one but can't remember last time I might have been on one that was in the single digits!!

Happy weekend, Muggles!

Traveling today, but now on the masked shore of Rittenhouse Square. 😷
