90's. 90's - huh late comer!!! No Coke, Pepsi darn it!
Cheeburger! Cheeburger!
Some fun trivia. Most probably know that the title of the show *isn't* "Saturday Night Live", in spite of "SNL" being universally understood. But, I suspect that few remember that a different show came out in the fall of 1975 that *did* have that name. :-) Rather post a spoiler, I'll ask how many here remember or know about it. Suspect this group would would have a much greater percentage who (that?) knows, but bet it's still a pretty small percentage.
Billy Crystal was, at different times, a member of the casts of both shows called "Saturday Night Live".

For me this one was all rabbit holes all the time. Even without those, I would never have dreamed of the mechanism employed here. However, this is an addition to my solver’s toolkit. That is the pay-off that comes from seeing a new (to me) approach to constructing a meta – or more accurately, NOT seeing it. The more I learn about these metas, the more amazed I am at the ingenuity and creativity that go into constructing them. Very impressive -- as are the solvers who made it to shore.

BTW what was the Easter Egg you found?

Didn't Mr Shenk use this same exact mechanism a few weeks ago with the "example" meta?

It means "the people" in Greek. In English, its meaning is such that the definite article is appropriate.
