Hm.... Both of you ARE on the list. And other subscribers got the email. Can you check your spam? Or if you use Gmail, the Promotions tab?

Part of the issue is that Google Groups REALLY wants you to use a Google account to subscribe. I may switch this over to MailChimp or something. Or Patreon? Can you have a free level for Patreon? I guess it's my job to figure that out.

I'm fine checking Gmail more often. Actually we had to set up a Gmail account for a museum we're starting in Utica, so I have to check it/them more often anyway. No worries...

If you DM me your preferred email address I can change it. Everything seems to work okay as long as I, the list owner, do it myself.

I got the email, downloaded the puzzle and completed the grid. Four days later I have gotten no further.

I solved (correctly) based on only the title and hint. Well I did notice the word STY but could not put it totally together until Ricky indicated the other two words I needed.

I still did not see it for a bit but it finally clicked. This was all well after the deadline, but I still feel like I "Beat the Devil".

Similar for me: I saw STY which suggested pigs, and then looking at the title it was a short step to seeing the image of a wolf huffing and puffing - with the listener in suspense as to whether he would blow the building down. Nice construction to be able to create a meta for such a simple grid.
