Tinkerbell is struggling with the meta, but my cat has finally gotten his head out of the Cheetos bag. Nicely constructed puzzle.

Nice one, Josh! Had to Google a few times to get the meta, but entertaining to get those bits.

First time doing one of these (well, I kind of half-tried last week's).

The appropriate phrase in this region of the board appears to relate to feline liberation. Not sure what the submission mechanism is (I suppose I would guess a PM to @madhatter5 ?), but I have no doubt that the bag is currently empty.
