This week's puzzle: Wait, that's MY name - you already have another one!
Complexity Scale™ rating of 6 / 10.

The answer to this week's meta is the 4-letter name of an animated animal.
(You will almost certainly have to Google a bit more than normal for this one).

It's the last puzzle of the season! Thanks to Will and all the guest constructors for weeks and weeks of Sunday meta fun!

Conditional Dino Me. Awaiting confirmation.

Edit: Confirmed!

I can’t believe the season is over already. Thanks to Will and his editorial team for so many great, and consistently high-quality, puzzles!

And Happy Father’s Day to all the Dads!

Solved and submitted (and confirmed via Crosshare).

Went too broad to start, but then narrowed down to get the final click/AHA.

Well, if Meg says I helped, I must be out of the box. So Dino me too.
And thanks to Will et al for a terrific season of puzzles. I'm sure it will only get better.

Dino (itself a potential solution to this puzzle, though not) me!

I did, indeed, need to Google.

Thanks, Will, for a wonderful season of meta crosswords!

Enjoy your summer!

Dino me! 🦕 Solved, but not before being pulled out of a giant rabbit hole by a fellow muggle!

I am truly going to miss Will's puzzles. Sundays just won't be the same. I'm hoping he enjoys his well-deserved time off. Definitely looking forward to next season!

Dino for me! Two kind muggles helped keep me pointed in the right direction!

When does the new season start? Will’s puzzles are great!(I mean, sometimes they make me wanna pull my hair out in frustration and all, but I love them LOL!)

Oof. I didn't see the final step. I made a guess on Crosshare that I knew was wrong/partial, but now I see how to backsolve from the correct answer.

When I was in grade school, they still taught penmanship. It was my worst subject. The teacher would come to my desk, place her hand on top of mine, and move my hand so that the pen made the correct letter shapes, more or less. The help I received from a kindly muggle in order to finally get the answer to this one was very much like Mrs. McBride steering me through cursive. So I cannot declare myself levitated from the davenport.

If I have a wheelhouse, this is certainly not it. By my calculation, the solution required knowing twelve characters. I was familiar with only three.

Well, I finally got it, thanks to Cinny's help. Not in my wheelhouse, either.
