I think I have it. Maybe. Fun.

Edit: Okay, I didn't have it. But I think I do now.

Edit 2: Confirmed. And my first wrong answer was chuckle-worthy.

I’ve submitted, but now I’m not so confident.
@RPardoe has gently informed me that my answer is incorrect. So, I’m going back in.
Confirmed. Second try much better.

If you have this one, there should be very little (if any) doubt.

Yes, I realize that is a lightning rod statement, but believe it for this one that I am willing to attract the lightning.

@Dplass has alerted me to the fact that for some people the .puz file has an issue with the two-letter entry at 62D, which it does not provide with a number and clue.

At least for me in AcrossLite the file is fine, but for some there may be some mis-numberings for some of the later clues.

Wow, I really like this one. Submitted with confidence!

The .PUZ worked fine, including 62D, on my Mac running High Sierra (Across Lite).

More errata: as several of you pointed out, the clue for 2D is erroneous. Please change it to "Gender-neutral tabulating devices"

TBF I only tested on my Android running Alphacross. Happily the PDF printed out fine and I'm able to scribble and scrabble (no pun intended) all over it, just barely ekeing out some toehold on a solution.

Or change the last phrase to
"found anywhere".
