Enjoyed.

Interesting puzzle in that all the entries are "2 words".

Think I have 11A wordplay, but not fully confident.

Yeh, this one was “double or nothing”, I guess. My take on 11a: “available” is the definition; PAT = completely (as in I have this down pat) and NO = zero. Then PAT NO “turned back” is ON TAP. [spoiler/]

That's the way I was parsing it myself. Just felt the completely / pat equivalence was a bit forced, but did have the same phrase as you in mind when I tried to justify it. Perhaps low espresso intake is clouding my thinking this morning?

Really a fun puzzle. I have the wordplay for 11A if anyone wants it.
