WASHINGTON POST-MULTIPLE CHOICE TEST 10/17/2021
After a short hiatus Evan is back with a really fun meta. This one is slightly more difficult than normal, somewhere in the week 1.5-2 range. The meta has two answers, both of which should be found to consider it solved. Give it a try; I think you’ll enjoy it.

Solved (both answers). Thanks for flagging this one, Jay.
Really enjoyed the puzzle, Evan! Perfect for a Sunday morning solve.

Very clever puzzle.
In his notes/solution (Beware: Don't Look), Evan says:
"As a reminder, this is the first of three consecutive meta weeks in The Washington Post Magazine."

That was great! Thanks for the pointer, @oldjudge, I keep forgetting about the Evan Birnholz Sunday puzzles.

Well, batting .500 on the meta solve. Considered not too shabby in some fields.

Now THAT was a fun puzzle. It challenged the heck out of me but I at least saw a way to the end for the first answer. The second one was MUCH trickier, but as per usual I love me some EB puzzles.
NUDGES!I am always willing to give nudges where needed; metas should be about fun, not frustration. Send me what you have done so far because often you are closer than you think!
