Twice in last 2 months I’ve signed up for the trial month and heard nothing.
Then I decided to just pull the trigger on a $10 subscription, and I quickly received a paypal receipt, but no puzzles.
It’s been over a week since I paid. I’ve emailed support@mgwcc.com and still no responses.
Does anyone have a way to nudge the admins at MGWCC?
Any other suggestions?
I’d love to join the fun.

I just subscribed this month, too. When I did my free trial in January, I am pretty sure I got my puzzles immediately, so when I didn't this time, I also emailed him through his support contact. Then after a day or two with no response, I emailed him at the other address he provides (crosswordcontest@gmail.com) and got a pretty fast response, and my puzzles. (And then a week or so later another email, I guess when he read the one from the support address.)

Same thing happened to me a couple of months ago — no trial puzzles, no response from support. But once I found Matt’s direct email he has always responded immediately and is very helpful!
