WSJ subscribers can email a link so non-subscribers can read an article. Not sure of the restrictions on this - how many recipients per article or how long the link lasts. But if anyone wants to PM me their email address, I’ll send it as long as I can.
The second article (which I take is not paywalled?) includes a crossword featuring muggle trivia.

How cool was that Muggles puzzle! Nice of him to include me in 10D and 16A... I'm touched. No really, my mother had me tested.

Nice article by Matt, but how does Laurie Dings win 3 mugs? What are the odds? Coffee at 8, tea at 2 and cocoa at 9pm? Use ‘em all Mrs. Dings! Still waiting for our first. “Muggle out.”

I'm so used to seeing our pen names (pencil names, if you're not that confident) that I couldn't match them up to the names of the real people that were featured. Now I'm curious as to who's who...Bob Stevens, I know; ditto for BarbK. The rest?

The Hanging Out with Isaac puzzle was a fun lunch time solve, especially loved the inclusion of 40A.

So nice to be part of this Muggles community!
Where can I find and print Matt G's "Hanging Out With Isaac" puzzle? (Sorry if I missed something.)

My mother would have said "tetched".
