Has anyone else recently had issues with downloading the *.puz files from the Will Johnston link page:
https://www.fleetingimage.com/wij/xyzzy/21-wsj.html
It had worked for me up until about mid-December, and then it quit. I have noted that the link page actually points to files hosted on https://herbach.dnsalias.com/
Maybe the problem is there. I'm not sure; I just know the downloads recently stopped.

Change the year in the URL from "21" to "22."
