WSJ 10/17/20: Another fun RG from Patrick Berry

I'm doing subscription Rows Gardens from Joon Pahk and Michael Blake. Plus the occasional freebie RG from Andrew Ries, on his Aries Puzzles site, and from Patrick Berry in WSJ. All fun. And usually challenging. With JP and MB, I'll do the "hardest" versions -- and occasionally I won't need to google!
