7d is hardly antiquated in my household. In fact I said it several times as I entered, erased, and re-entered, especially toward the SE of this puzzle.

Will just confirmed my answer. Hooray!

My compliments to Leonard Williams. Fun way to start a lovely late-summer Sunday morning!

The dinosaurs are on the train! Or whatever we're doing here, I think I may have missed something :-) Anyway, fun!

He's no rookie; I recall meeting him in 2003 or 2004 at the ACPT. He had several NYTs by then. https://www.manchester.edu/student-life ... yt-readers

In other news, I'm still at the train station

Hi! I recall meeting you way back when, too. Are you still constructing?

Submitted, but possibly after Will's bedtime. Not 100% sure, but my answer seems legit.

Am I the only one who, on seeing the title, thought of this:

Computer a.jpg

Leading Edge was just one of dozens of computer companies back then. I had an AST of this vintage.
Note the dual 5¼” floppy drive. And there's probably a huge (30MB) hard drive inside.
