The SW corner was most challenging for me. Very satisfying to solve!

Yes, the SW corner was the last to fall for me too. But it came to me quickly once I realized that I had one of my trails wrong. Nice one, PB.
It's funny, I was just talking about trail 13's answer yesterday.

Always amazing how Patrick can pack all those trails inside his grid containing 14 rows of words. These I find to be one of the more enjoyable variety puzzles, I think, because they involve a good bit of inductive reasoning to trace out the necessary trail paths.

This one gave my brain a great workout! I had an oh-so-very-wrong "three-stringed instrument" that really mucked up the central-right section for me.
