On the beach. The cabana boy says we do not have to leave the beach just because there’s a big ol' thunderstorm coming. It'll pass. He also says there are dolphins off shore. Where’s my margarita?

Solved! I got on a train last night in 32D and am struggling with the onboard WiFi. Almost to Berlin, 26 hours later. (Also struggled with the time zone and knowing when the puzzle would drop.)

Hope I'm on the right shore! Didn't seem like an absolute lock but pretty sure.
Edit: Also for the first time (I've seen people complaining about this previously but hadn't run into it myself) I had to log into my WSJ account in order to do the puzzle online. I don't have a WSJ subscription, but my free account seems to be good enough for now!
