Scale Back - spreadsheet

Once again I have the honor of opening the WSJ Crossword Puzzle thread. This week's puzzle is a Mike Shenk creation entitled "Scale Back." Per the prompt we are looking for "a musical term." Best of luck to all Muggles.
And (for those who participate) don't forget: we have a Week 5 MGWCC tomorrow AND an MMMM coming up on Tuesday. Some will remember when I used to do only one meta puzzle a week.

On the beach here in SF! Too cold to go into the water, though, and too early for a cocktail.
