This beach looks a bit different, but I'm on shore! Hi everyone, and thanks again Brian!

(BTW I was Laura Mendyke on the WSJ forum, I just simplified my name here.)

Made it ashore. Only deserve a glass of milk for it. Finally was able to re-up with the WSJ site. Bartender, keep the booze flowing!

Solved! Only my fourth WSJ meta attempted, and the second solved (I hope.) Quick question for you long-timers...does the difficulty of the puzzles stay about the same, or should I expect them to get harder each week?

Hello - for my sanity (what little there is), if your screen name is not obvious, could you either send it to me off line or somehow help me associate it is with the list I have from the WSJ.

Thanks

On the Mgwcc scale I would call it an easy week 2 or a harder week 1. Took me a minute or two longer to get the meta than it probably should have.

First post here. Just jumped over from Subscriber Island. But did renew for a digital subscription this a.m. Totally rewarded with AHA just now. Beach, Tiki Bar, the works. O Blessed Weekend... you are mine!

I wasn't on the WSJ forum as I never was able to post there. Maybe an Android issue, I don't know.

I figured that especially when the other Cynthia (Johnson) also posted. Most I got but there are some who we have too many of to guess.

Grid was trickier than the meta! I enjoyed this one but recall a similar strategy from a few summers ago -- will not get more specific but perhaps some old-timers will recall it. BTW, thanks for starting this forum.
Good luck, fellow Muggles!
