Still swimming here... maybe I'm riding the wrong current... haha. I feel like I see the mechanism, but somehow I'm not finding the key to unlock it. Gonna go and visit Isaac on the boat for a bit, have a boat drink, and maybe it will show itself on another look.
If you see me on the beach, feel free to pm for a nudge. After all the help I’ve got, I am happy to send it forward when I can!

The muggle world is spinning right once again. @BethA and @Beth Tyrpin have a mind meld once again. Posts #28 and #30 a couple of minutes apart.

Good afternoon muggles. I am following Matt's lead this week with a late status.
First welcome to our newest muggle @Sporkies - as always great to have more muggles
So far we have one on the shore and 168 on the beach. Great job muggles
p.s Tomorrow's status may also be late depending on how much work my daughter needs me to do at her house.

Quick and straightforward swim to shore. Looks like many of you did the same.
Stay well!

Took some back and forth, but have sailed ashore with tiki bar supplies in hand! I'll be having one of these cocktails from the wonderful creative folks at the Capitol Lounge.
Channeling Molly Weasley on a good day.

Ashore. The timing of this one seems off, but I suppose it can be justified.

I finally washed up on shore. I was going to join the Zoom meeting.
I knew it had to be something easy. Like usual, I was very close, but just hadn't quite gotten it. At least I didn't spoil it for the call.
Go Chiefs! (Why weren't they in the clue for 8D?)

I’m ashore fairly quick for me. Interesting mechanism that he came up with.

Completed the grid late last night. Had an idea as I shut things down. Pulled it up to check it out before the Zoom call this afternoon and made short work of things. Ashore! But I'll still be on the call. Highlight of the week!

On shore with a helpful nudge, I felt I was close, when I actually wasn't. But even tho I'm not solo solving, I look forward to this process every week.

Ashore!
I had a and a false start or two, but made it to the beach!
I’ll have a screwdriver this evening, please!

Ashore This felt like a Shenk puzzle to me; Gaffney puzzles are usually harder for me to find the way.
