On shore as well. Jameson Irish Whiskey for me this weekend.
What?!?! You don’t have any?? Not to worry the local store has the sampler pack of 4 50 ml bottles for $3.99! That is a cheaper rate than full size bottles. But there are so many on the beach that I don’t have enough for everyone.

Toes in the sand and a drink in my hand! 🏝

I really liked this one. Several clues were so clever and I learned a new word! 😝

On shore. I was stuck in one particularly nasty rabbit hole for a bit but, after a 20 minute power nap, quickly saw what I needed to do. Time for my evening margarita.

I smiled at 15A because I’m sure Matt and Mike were thinking about us. Didn’t spend much time there this week though. Enjoying the shore party. (When I typed “shore”, my iPhone suggested “party” as the next word. It knows me too well:)

Yep, made it ashore with little trouble. Just not sure how the answer relates to the theme. Good luck to all!

Ashore after a long, but necessary, delay. Easy puzzle, easy meta, nice to have my weekend free for other activities besides meta-mulling ... 😜.

Oh LORD, one of those "easy" ones, I'm doomed!!!!

Question: Al solved in 8 minutes, making him one of the fastest cats I know....does that mean he's a cheetah? (sorry Cruise Director, your Avatar made me make that pun!)

Hi,

Ashore - feeling better about this week’s submission than my stab last week (“VANDAL MOONWALK JOB”), which I think is a good band name.

Good health and cheer to you all,

I’m ashore. First time on Thursday night for me. But I see with the 1.5 star difficulty rating, I’m still a bunch of pages down. 🤣

On shore. I made it much too difficult. I was so sure many of you were missing something. And then came the click.

* Branch used to deliver vinegar to crucified Jesus.

* Purification for lepers, in the Old Testament.

* Sometimes mistaken for lavender.

Phew, whew, and all those other exclamations.
Saw the one star, saw nothing else, and panic ensued!
All that adrenaline had me treating it as if it were three stars for too long.
Deep breaths -- and then --
ASHORE!
