I'm sure your son-in-law would be delighted to help you out, but you can also just cut and paste it into translate.google.com, which will identify the language and translate it into English. I kind of expected most who had any interest to do that. I did the same thing in Russian (Cyrillic alphabet) last week, and who knows what next week has ashore.

5:30pm: Drank a Southside, then solved the puzzle.

Because I am who I am, I immediately understood where this was going, but my pre-solve guess turned out to be entry [sorry, spoiler removed - Brian].

Tried a couple of wrong things but solved the meta in a few minutes. KAS 1.25, I'd say. Fun but quick.

I had to be shoved to the answer for this one. Sometimes the brain just can’t see it. However, I’m on the beach with my margarita and the cabana boy. Rays just lost again! Arrrrrgh!

Ashore in record time this week! Is it normal to feel disappointed after a quick solve?? Thoroughly enjoyed the puzzle, nonetheless!

Solved the grid and meta while watching one of the lesser episodes of Star Trek TOS. This is the earliest I have ever made it to shore. (I should look out my window to see if there are any flying pigs or if it’s raining frogs!!)

What do I do with the rest of my weekend???

When I solve on Thursday, everyone in my household, cat included, breathes a sigh of relief that I won't be obsessing over the puzzle all weekend.

Late to the puzzle as it was a mid-October "Summer Wear" weather day, and Mrs. C & I were on the links. Sporting our jaunty 63As naturally.
Love, love PG Wodehouse. Long ago I laughed heartily at his reappearing character, The Oldest Golfer.
Nowadays, this humor getting is closer to the bone.

Pipe me aboard, Isaac. I'll overnight, and take my rum in my quarters.

One page and 47 minutes after your wife - a respectable atonement for last week. LOL
