The title is always a hint. In this one, the title is further explained in the grid. To some, it's a spoiler.

On the beach - I think it will be quite crowded!
Buffalo Trace neat, please (if you can find it)!
Speaking of Buffalo Trace, here in Ohio it is VERY hard to find. Most stores get one case maybe once a month. Then a year ago I went up near Winnipeg for my brother in law’s 50th birthday. The liquor store in Steinbach Manitoba (which didn’t exist when I lived there 16 years ago because it was a dry town), had a large shelf full of it as well as little airline bottles of it. What gives?

Maybe we can meet sometime in the Cincinnati area and I will trade you some Buffalo trace for Weller (which I can't get in Kentucky).bhamren wrote: ↑Thu Sep 03, 2020 6:53 pm On the beach - I think it will be quite crowded!

Got it. This one was super easy but also challenging enough to be fun.

Yep, I found this pretty easy as well. On shore! Didn't even need my magic coffee.
Happy to give nudges. If you notice I've solved, please tell me about avenues you've explored so I can nudge you in the right direction and not off a cliff.

I’m on the beach. Sometimes taking a short nap after filling in the grid makes solving the meta a breeze.

On shore. Jeez, remind me to never try to out swim any of you to shore. Next time I will ask Isaac to lend me the powerboat. Anyway, is there any beer left at all?

I'm literally on the beach literally having a Leinenkugel Oktoberfest marzen. And I broke my dry spell.

I am Ashore.
But not feeling all that clever --- the "hint" didn't do much for me except make me wonder what it meant!
Once I saw what was going on, it certainly made sense and I used it for confirmation.
