I like cooking up curries For the family - usually 2 or 3 dishes plus rice pilau. Couple of Christmas Eves ago, I found a great pineapple curry recipe ... to die for and complementing the meat and veggies perfectly. Msg me if you want the recipe. All washed down with John Blaze IPA from the ICONYC Brewery in Queens, NY. Sorry, I am rambling...

C=64 was the first one on the shore and I jumped over him on my list to Commodore

It must have been the computer connection.
CruDir Bob,
Having this once-in-a lifetime error in my favor framed and mounted in the Wardroom. (Whilst doffing my hat humbly to C=64.)
Respectfully,

That's precisely why I dislike it so much!
I still don't get it even after hearing the explanation.

Ashore! I found the first step right away, but it took some time to notice step 2.

I wonder who will be the first to post the obvious music video this one inspires?

WE'RE GOING TO START PINEAPPLE WARS???

OK, I strongly disagree - a Roundtable Pizza (Hawaii and California chain), Canadian Bacon, Pineapple, Red Bell Peppers - YES!!!
I grew up in Palo Alto and we would go to the original Round Table. So much better than the chain, but the chain is pretty good, too.

This is a great book. When my 3 daughters were small, we spent a couple weeks in the Eagle River area of Wisconsin every summer and always hit The White Stag, which is featured in the book.

2 other items that are regulars at Supper Clubs, the relish tray and the wedge salad!

Oh...and there's a video by the author...

After watching the video, I realized there is another regular of the classic supper club...'real' white linen table cloths. It actually is part of the atmosphere. Don't like the bare varnished (polyurethaned) table top and greatest-of-all-sins...vinyl! Yes, they are much easier to clean, but I will pay extra for the classic.

Ashore 🏖

It’s amazing how difficult I made it.
Once I discovered the method - 🙄 🤦🏼‍♀️

I don’t make it to shore very often - feels good 😊

I haven't seen this in the liquor stores here in VA, but if I do, it might be my go-to meta celebration tipple.

I also wanted to share what Mother Nature sent to my backyard last night to celebrate my trifecta of the WSJ, MMMM, and PGW meta success this week. This plus a desperately needed 1/2" of rain. My okra plants grew 6" since yesterday!

Ashore. Gave me a bit of a struggle, then I saw what I needed to see (which is my favorite kinda meta).

Loved the mechanism and all, but I don't like the concept. Will say more after the deadline.

A busy start to the weekend; I finally had a chance to sit with this one. After a string of, “I never would have solved that...” weekends, I’m happy to be on shore!

I wish that had been my experience! Given how easy everyone found this one - there is a good chance I could be headed back to another 50 week streak of not solving it on my own.

Maybe it's the humidity, but I'm not seeing what so many others have found so easily.
