I wanted to get on the Zoom call but my meeting ran long. Maybe there could be a dedicated sub-topic in "Come Aboard" with the future call-in details.
The site is just a web page, a meeting place, a clubhouse - it's the group that's special.

That’s a great idea, since the zoom number changes every week.

Barbara, thanks for posting the link. Unfortunately I missed my chance - the survey is already closed! That'll teach me to check the forums more regularly

A WSJ staffer reposted the link in Thursday's comment section less than an hour ago. It seems odd to have the survey open barely a day. Bob, can you ask someone at WSJ?

Hi Peter,
Good to have another Mississippian in the group. I live in Meridian, although I am in Alabama for a few days.

Thanks, Sal, and everyone else for the meet up. It was nice to see faces before I went too far down rabbit holes in picturing in my head what folks look like -- for example, Lady Bird (and hey, I just realized that we have some linkage in name via First Lady Mrs. Johnson) you did not have anywhere near the amount of plumage I was expecting! My connection did go wonky towards the end -- I lost the visual, but still had the audio. So I can verify that you are all very nice people because you didn't dis me even though I seemingly walked out of the room without even saying bye. :D And next time I'll have my name sign ready like Frankie.

Oh, talked to Comcast ---they seem to think this is my connection problem ---

Regarding the survey on the WSJ puzzles.

https://s.userzoom.com/s/userzoom.aspx?uc=C968S280_408

The survey is open once again. I have communicated with the WSJ about the closing and they have reopened it. They have not indicated for how long.

If the next puzzle is out, and the previous week's winner hasn't been confirmed, will this result in some sort of "divide by zero, matter/anti-matter mix"? Are we using the same shore? Worlds are colliding! ;-)

Have a good rest of the week,
