Big shore party. Let's all try to keep two meters apart.
(I guess this was one for the Charter, Cannon, etc. Crowd.)

I do the grid on line and when I finished I got congratulated for solving the puzzle.

I also get the meta. Will have an IPA later. Good meta imho.

I was going to ask Al Sisti what he does the rest of the day and week end after solving the metas so fast and then I saw the path.

Does anyone else do it online and is unable to open the puzzle? I'm having the same issue as those who've commented on the WSJ page.

On shore.
Unfortunately, the shore needs much weeding and mulching...
This has been "Build Your Brand" recovery week.
Best wishes in solving and hope everyone finds something enjoyable to do this weekend.

On shore after a major struggle with technology. The WSJ puzzle page still isn't working for me, so I had to (gasp!) print the pdf and start filling it in by hand. I've never done that before. Man, I have bad handwriting. And doing it in pen didn't help either.

Then I tried this site again: https://www.fleetingimage.com/wij/xyzzy/20-wsj.html

and it worked, so I got the .puz version and flew to shore. Nice puzzle, but now I have to figure out how to submit the answer. I guess I'll have to (gasp again!) email the answer in. This is all so 20th century - maybe I can fax it.

I really need a Guinness after this ordeal. And maybe a couple of shots.
