80. There's a Time and a Place
PDF and PUZ
Crosshare
---
We continue the Winter Solvestice today with some actual snow in the Midwest! Perfect time to stay inside and curl up with a good book or a meta or three!
(I really don't have to update that from last week, do I? Haha.)
---
Puzzle #79 answer: TWENTY-FOUR SEVEN
Correct entries: 46
Thanks again to @BrennerTJ for some epic graphics!
Drawing winners for #78: @benchen71 and @schmidzy
Drawing winners for #79: @Berto and whoever "syoustra" is on Crosshare, haha.
---
Oh, wait a minute, hold on...I'm told we have one more entry for Puzzle #79:
Stupendous indeed!
After a grueling Level 4 (and knowing an MGWCC will come that's Level 4 this upcoming weekend!), let's just go back to Level 2 this week. It might trend to 2.25, but I don't think so. We shall see!
---
80. There's a Time and a Place
The answer to the meta is a 6-word title.
Deadline is Saturday, January 27 at 1 pm ET.
Good luck, and may all your solves be beautiful!

My stab at the six-word title is
I don't have anything clever to say, but if I did, it would go here.

Solved! Very nice, indeed. And thanks so much for the prize for #78!
Check out "The MOAT Mini Pack of Marching Bands" here. US$5 gets you 7 Marching Bands which, hard enough on their own, now contain metas too. And once again there's a mega-meta!

Great puzzle, thanks a bunch!
Shannon
PS: If you want help with a meta, PM what you have so I can help without spoiling too much. I've received lots of help in the beginning and I love to pay it forward!

Loved this one! And thanks for the prize — I donated it to a good cause (...aka my cats' treat supply!)

Solved, but needed a nudge from a helpful muggle. Very clever meta, Mikey. Thanks!

I'm sure they'll be very pleased to hear that! I have to order Ginger more salmon puddings today. She's a spoiled (almost 5-year-old) kitty!
The weekend kicks off with 36, so I'd say Level 2/2.5 sounds about right!
Have a puzzly day!

GUESSED! Now back to complete the solve!
EDIT! Now I see it. Not sure if I would have stumbled across this mechanism without knowing the answer. Some of the clues make more sense now.
