Where's the Evan Williams? I may not last that long.

I trust that's an alphabetical listing of patheticists and not ordered by patheticism. Although that would be spot on.

Someone posted the Numbers Puzzles at NOV 26, 2020 10:00 AM ET, so there is hope for a WSJ Crossword Puzzle Contest.

2019 rules should not apply to 2020!
Good luck, fellow Muggles! I'm happy to give nudges, but only if you're still stuck on Sunday.

It'd be funny if it was already going on a new thread, and we're all here talking on this one...

Hypothesis: these are automatically posted by someone's laptop, and they go home to, say, Ohio for the holiday.

Nobody in Ohio is smart enough to intern for the WSJ Puzzle crew.

Well, that does it. Gotta go set up for the Cowboys game, including getting my own damn Guinness. Fortunately, I won't be wearing what I envision the Tiki Bar waitresses do.

I have nothing scheduled at 4:00 on Thursdays. Should I be worried? (as I repeatedly click Refresh)

I came here to post that I'm already on shore for today's puzzle, hoping to get on the first page; by posting here does that mean that I'm on the zero-th page?

Is there a cache where Shenk puts the puzzles? I remember someone's old post to this forum with a link to a site with the WSJ puzzles stored by year and month, but I cannot find it just now.

I used the link at Crossword Fiend (http://herbach.dnsalias.com/wsj/wsj201126.puz) and changed the 26 to 27, and at about 1:06pm Pacific time it downloaded the .puz file for me as normal, including the meta instruction. Using AcrossLite (or whatever) you can then generate a pdf out of the puz file.
