I’m on shore thanks to nudgers! I’ll enjoy my beer on the beach and wish others good luck with the mug this week, especially my nudgers.

My twins are 26 (boys). Enjoy them at this age!
My twins are 28 (Dom and his sister Emilia). Enjoy them at every age! Here they are at a wedding yesterday (I took the photo and my wife was with me, so we had 4/6 of the family there).
Great family

But the more important question is whether you or Dom are on shore?
Dom is on shore, mocking me. 😑

The photo shows a lineup of their milkshakes. I had the one third from right: strawberry ice cream, crushed vanilla wafers, and strawberry puree, topped with whipped cream, a vanilla Oreo, a sugar wafer, a Pepperidge Farm pirouette cookie and a strawberry slice. Now you know why I work out so hard.

We wish each other a Happy Meta Day on Thursday mornings. Lately we have tried to incorporate the previous week’s mechanism into the greeting. Dom beat me to it this week, sending the following:
Good Old Chap
Ant Man is Pym
Erector set
Sing O Canada
I am sleepy

I want to see this Thursday's greeting!
Good luck, fellow Muggles!

Huh, I thought my answer was pretty solid, looking forward to seeing other possibilities on Monday...

As often happens, I’m staring at the grid but not finding a way to shore. Would appreciate a gentle nudge.

Puzzle-Working Daughter now properly onshore as well! Thanks Mom for nudging me with my own nudge that I didn't realize was a nudge.

Dom’s share of the inheritance is intact. As so many have said, it’s a “once you see it” type solve, which is among my least favorite mechanisms. But the sand beats the boat deck!

Any other Dodger fans out there? I married into Dodger fandom; my husband has followed them since he was 5 (and they were in Brooklyn).

I suppose then he's not to fond of us Yankee fans? Still, tell him I hope the Dodgers beat the Braves.

Brilliant! Thank you!

On shore, with time for a Heady Topper before the Packer game!

I feel your pain.
Water temp offshore down here has fallen below 80.
It's so cold, I had to break out a wetsuit (granted, my thinnest one, but a wetsuit nonetheless) when I went spearfishing Thursday.

No more "summer wear" for the time being.

By the way, I discovered a new metric for evaluating the extent of my habituation to retirement: I now own more wetsuits than suit-suits, an important milestone. I can attend more dive outings than funerals without wearing the same outfit twice.
You've given me a great idea. If I trade all my wife's clothing for wetsuits, she'll have to agree to our moving to FL. Thanks!

Solved the grid Thursday and saw nothing. Put it down until today. I still see nothing.
