Good one! And appreciated the clear signal on difficulty level. My brain wanted to take this in oh-so-many directions!

This ^^^ (I don't do emojis)

Speaking of trains, have you ever seen Rod Stewart's train setup? It's beyond amazing. https://www.bbc.com/news/entertainment-arts-50403561

Enjoyed it. I am interested to see if there's a generational effect with this one.

I have loved Will’s puzzles in the past, but this one has too many inconsistencies for me.

Dino me! I may have seen one inconsistency (non-meta-related) in passing, but I barely noticed it. Very fun puzzle!

Not a 1.5 for me, but I figured it out as I was emailing Will for some help on the final step. Liked it!

Neither did I. But it wasn't much of a surprise, was it?

I'm hiding this behind the spoiler cloak, though it doesn't really contain much of a hint. But I think some other people here (Old Judge? Al?) may be in the same demographic position that I am.

I am so young that when I was a kid, the meta answer was something nobody said any more except ironically. And I am so old that when I was a kid, the song that is the basis of that meta parent had not yet come along. I didn’t learn it till I was a parent.
