Off the couch as well.

Great puzzle, Brian! I thought the mechanism was subtly rich and innovative. And the grid was tougher than many, which I also enjoy.

Cool! While a relatively quick solve, I would not consider it an easy puzzle - IMH&HO. Very well constructed. Interested to see if my last step is as designed.
'tis... A lovely day for a Guinness!

Off the couch. Very clever, and fun to solve!

Enjoyed this so much, Brian! Well crafted. And 4D gave me a smile, remembering the time my mother was concerned about the cost of sending a 4D to my sister, who was in England for the semester.
Good luck, fellow Muggles!

I have the grid, the mechanism, the results of the mechanism, the aforementioned nit, and still not the answer beyond a semi-reasonable framework of a guess. Oh drat.

Took me a while to sort things out, but I am OTC. This was a fun one to solve.

Well, that was fun! I suppose I can squeeze in one more meta each week, but I may not be able to give Rachel my full attention! Yes, there's a nit, but it seems ungracious to mention, considering that this puzzle was a gift! (Or, Brian, if not, just send me an invoice by PM!) Thank you! :)

Got it/off the couch.

I actually got all the parts to the answer before Brian's hints, but didn't know they were parts to the answer...

Finally got it after the nudges. Was thinking along those lines, but couldn't quite pull it together.

Off the couch after the nudge.
I also saw bits and pieces but not the whole picture.
Thanks Brian!

Finally got to this one. I'm off the couch! Needed the nudges though, but I probably would have gotten it eventually. Too tempting when nudges are offered!

Had an vague idea of the mechanism, but had my befores and afters reversed. Clues helped immensely. Off the couch on this one. Now, back to PGW before the WSJ drops this afternoon.

Got it! I was worried because I didn't remember to look here until tonight. Glad it's still open.
